Frequently asked questions
- What if I don’t use all the classes in my package?
- Once a package expires (5 or 10 weeks depending on the package), remaining classes become void and cannot be carried over, extended or refunded. Bonus self-practice sessions follow the same deadline.
- Can I reschedule if something comes up?
- Fixed-schedule packages can move to the following week within the validity period. Flexible packages allow 2–4 reschedules depending on the package; beyond that, the class is counted as used.
- Can a package be shared between multiple people?
- No. Each package is valid for one student only and cannot be used to bring another person along.
