Pole Spin spinning pole

Pole Spin is a spinning-pole discipline that blends dance movement with pole technique to create light, fluid aerial transitions. Training on a spinning pole builds strength, develops muscle tone, and offers a way to unwind after a demanding day.

Stretch Yoga focuses on improving flexibility through guided stretching and joint-opening work. The class helps expand your range of motion, improve posture, reduce muscle tension, and support technique development for Pole Dance and other movement practices.
